FAQs

Some of your frequently asked, very important questions answered.

What should I expect for my first session?

If this is your first time in therapy, welcome!

The initial session is set up to create a safe space to gain a better understanding to what brought you in the door and establish a collaborative game plan for moving forward. Research shows the largest contributing factor to growth and change in therapy is having a good therapist/client fit. Right from the get go, I make it a priority to make my office a comfortable space, where you feel connected and supported.

Currently all sessions are being held via a secure HIPAA-compliant online portal.
