Welcome! My name is Rachel and I am the founder of Soma & Soul Psychotherapy Inc. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 146724​) based in lively and lovely Venice Beach, California. I work with high-achieving, self aware adults struggling with CPTSD, attachment trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns that they can't seem to break. Many of my clients are used to being independent and capable, but struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, boundaries, or emotionally unavailable relationships.

My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and attachment focused, integrating EMDR, Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), somatic work, and nervous system regulation. I offer virtual therapy across California and Louisiana.
